Telangana dominated the opening day of the South Zone Pickleball Championship 2026 in Hyderabad, winning 21 medals including five golds. The hosts topped the tally ahead of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, with competitions held across multiple age categories

Hyderabad: Telangana dominated the opening day’s singles events with an impressive haul of 21 medals, including five gold, nine silver and seven bronze, in the second South Zone Pickleball Championship 2026. The tournament, organised by the Amateur Telangana Pickleball Association (ATPA), got underway at The HUB Pickleball, Kompally, here on Sunday.
