Hyderabad: The two-day international conference, “AI in Healthcare 2.0,” recognised as India’s largest healthcare summit dedicated to Artificial Intelligence, was inaugurated at Yashoda Hospitals in Hitec City on Saturday.
Held under the theme “Powering Precision & Personalising Care,” the conference has brought together more than 2,000 doctors, healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers and AI experts from across the world to deliberate on the growing role of artificial intelligence in transforming healthcare delivery.
The event was inaugurated by IT and Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu, in the presence of Dr G S Rao, Managing Director of Yashoda Hospitals, and Dr Chinnababu Sunkavalli, Organising Chairperson of the conference and Clinical Director at Yashoda Hospitals, among other distinguished guests.
Addressing the delegates, Sridhar Babu said artificial intelligence was emerging as a key driver of innovation across sectors and was set to significantly transform healthcare through improved diagnostics, treatment planning and patient care.
The conference will feature discussions on emerging technologies, AI-driven healthcare solutions and future opportunities in the medical sector, with participation from experts representing leading institutions and technology organisations from India and abroad.
The event will continue on Sunday with a series of technical sessions, panel discussions and innovation showcases focused on advancing AI-enabled healthcare.
