Fifty-five students secure NMM scholarships in Nirmal

Nirmal: Fifty-five students from different schools secured the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS), District Educational Officer Darshanam Bhojanna said in a statement on Saturday.

According to the statement, 26 students from a school in Maskapur village were selected for the scholarship, while three each from schools in Ponkal, Beeravelli, Narsapur (G) and Mamada bagged the financial assistance.


Two students each from schools located in Rajura, Manjulapur, Somwaripet and Laxmanachanda, and one each from schools in Munyala, Pembi, Kadem, Lingapur, Jafrapur, Koratikal, Kubheer, Edbid and Kuntala got the scholarship. Bhojanna congratulated the students for securing the scholarship and praised the teachers for extending guidance.
