Hyderabad: The Chandrayangutta police registered a case against an auto rickshaw driver who overloading auto with14 passengers in the vehicle.
The driver, Mohd Habeeb khan, a resident of Pahadishareef two days ago was ferrying 14 passengers, a few of them were hanging to the vehicle.
Some road users took the video of an overloaded auto rickshaw and shared it on social media.
The Chandrayangutta police based on the videos registered a case against the auto driver, under Section 125 (rash or negligent acts that endanger human life or personal safety) of BNS and Section 184 (Driving dangerous) of Motor Vehicle Act.
