Medak: The MGNREGA workers organised the wedding anniversary of their colleague in an innovative manner at Nathnaipally in Narsapur mandal.
The villagers went to a work site on the outskirts of the village on Thursday when a woman, Punnamma, shared with her colleagues that it was her wedding anniversary.
To the surprise of Punnamma, and her husband, Boyini Bikshapathi, the women decided to organise the wedding anniversary celebration at the workplace.
The womenfolk collected the flowers and leaves from the area and decorated Punnamma and her husband, Boyini Bikshapathi, in wedding attire. The video which was shared on social media went viral instantly.
