Hyderabad: Fire broke out at a garments store located at Maitrivanam, Ameerpet on Thursday afternoon. No casualties were reported so far in the incident.
According to the reports, the fire started in the KSR Fashion store building located near Maitrivanam building.
On noticing the fire the local authorities alerted the fire department and fire tenders from nearby fire stations rushed to the spot and started a fire fighting operation.
The traffic flow on the main road was affected due to the incident.
The police as a precautionary measure evacuated the people from the nearby building and moved them to safer place.
The fire fighting operations are continuing.
