Hyderabad: After redefining regional Indian dining in Bengaluru, Oota has announced the launch of its new restaurant in Hyderabad at Hitec City.
Operated by Total Environment Hospitality, Oota Hyderabad offers dishes inspired by the Nizami kitchens of Hyderabad, coastal preparations, Rayalaseema staples, and Telangana comfort food. Starters include flavours from Nizami kitchens such as Shikampuri Kebabs alongside street-side favourites such as Nellore Fish Fry and Bapatla Kodi Vepudu.
The mains bring together classics like Haleem-e-Khaas, Mudda Pappu with Pachi Pulusu, Naatu Kodi Pulusu, and Peethala Iguru – while the desserts honour regional legacies such as Bandar Halwa from Machilipatnam and Putharekulu from Atreyapuram. The beverage includes cocktails such as Guntur Old Fashioned, Gongura Highball and Khubani ki Mehfil.
Total Environment founder Kamal Sagar said that after Karnataka, exploring the food cultures of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana felt like a natural progression.
