Hyderabad: BRS NRI global coordinator Mahesh Bigala visited Malaysia to oversee preparations for the Telangana Formation Day celebrations scheduled at the MATRADE Exhibition and Convention Centre in Kuala Lumpur on June 6.
The event is being jointly organised by BRS Malaysia and the Malaysia Telangana Association (MYTA), with BRS working president KT Rama Rao attending as the chief guest.
Mahesh Bigala conducted a detailed inspection of the venue, reviewing infrastructure, parking facilities and overall logistics, followed by a meeting with the organising committee to assess the progress of arrangements. He was joined by key members of BRS Malaysia and MYTA, including T Maruthi Kurma, Tirupathi, Sandeep Goud, Narender Reddy, Anil, Jyothi, Mona, Poorna Chander Rao and Deepika.
The Malaysia event marks the second major Telangana Formation Day celebration to be held outside India, following a successful programme in Dallas last year. The organisers are expecting a large turnout to celebrate Telangana’s formation, rich cultural heritage and developmental milestones.
