In large numbers, the protestors led by women leaders of Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) gathered near Dr BR Ambedkar statue close to Prasads IMAX, and vociferously demanded the immediate arrest of Sai Bageerath, who has been evading appearance before the police for questioning in the case.

The protestors chanted slogans seeking swift action in the case and arrest and prosecution of Sai Bageerath. They also raised slogans denouncing Bandi Sanjay and demanded he be removed as Minister from the Union Cabinet.

The protestors criticized the State government and the police, accusing them of shielding the Union Minister’s son and adopting delaying tactics.
