Telangana inter supplementary exams begin, more than 11,000 students skip

Hyderabad: More than 11,000 students were absent for the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations that commenced smoothly across the State on Wednesday.

A total of 97,988 students registered, and 90,397 appeared for the first-year second language paper-I conducted in the forenoon session. Similarly, 27,958 candidates applied, and 24,489 took the second-year second language paper-II.


According to the Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TG BIE), observers from the board were sent to Jogulamba, Mahabubnagar, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Siddipet, Siricilla, Mancherial, Nalgonda, Khammam and Mahabubabad to oversee the conduct of the examinations.
