Hyderabad traffic police have announced diversions and restrictions in view of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit and public meeting at Parade Grounds, Secunderabad. Heavy vehicles and buses are advised to avoid key routes between 1 pm and 9 pm on Sunday.

Hyderabad: The Malkajgiri traffic police imposed traffic restrictions and diversions in view of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi visit to the city and public meeting at Parade Grounds, Secunderabad on Sunday.
To minimize inconvenience and maintain free flow of traffic, temporary restrictions and diversions will be implemented as per operational requirements. Commuters are advised to use the following alternative routes/diversions based on their destinations:
From Begumpet to Sangeeth Junction may take towards Paradise- Patny- Clock tower- Sangeeth and vice -versa.
From Begumpet to Trimulgherry may take all flyovers- St.johns rotary- Shenoy- AOC- KV- Trimulgherry and vice versa.
From Balanagar to Secunderabad may take Balanagar Juntion- Fathenagar- Ameerpet- Panjagutta- Begumpet.
Alternate route- Panjagutta- Begumpet- Rasoolpura junction- Minister Road- Ranigunj- Secunderabad.
Secunderabad to Trimulgherry may take Clock Tower- Sangeeth- St.johns rotary- Shenoy- AOC- KV- Trimulgherry and vice versa.
Secunderabad to Bowenpally may take Clocktower- Patny- Paradise- CTO- Bowenpally and vice versa.
Tank Bund to Trimulgherry may take towards paradise- CTO- Tadbun- Diamond point- Bowenpally market – Trimulgherry.
Heavy vehicles and RTC and Private travel buses may avoid the routes leading to the meeting place from 1 pm to 9 pm.
Roadside parking is strictly discouraged; unauthorized vehicles will be towed and prosecuted.
The police advised the people preferably utilize Metro Rail services and other Public transport System.
