Revanth Reddy orders fast-track land allotment for investors

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy directed officials to give top priority to reputed and established companies while allocating land for investment projects in the State.

He instructed authorities to categorise companies into three groups and fast-track support for those ready to begin operations.


Reviewing progress of MoUs signed during the World Economic Forum Summit at Davos and Telangana Rising summit in Hyderabad, the Chief Minister asked officials to expedite pending land acquisition and ensure timely allotment in key regions, including Future City. Emphasising a planned approach, he called for adequate infrastructure and future-ready facilities.

He also directed officials to prepare proposals for supply and usage of treated water from Sewerage Treatment Plants (STPs) for data centres. He stressed that all departments must work to ensure that companies commence operations at the earliest with full government support.
