Hyderabad: The Appliances Business of Godrej Enterprises Group has announced ‘Godrej Promise’, offering a five-year comprehensive warranty with no hidden costs across its appliances portfolio.
Having seen a huge response for its extended warranty offer on its split ACs and inverter window ACs last year, the company extended the ‘Godrej Promise’ across a wide range of products, including refrigerators, washing machines, air coolers, microwave ovens and deep freezers, over and above the split and inverter window ACs, purchased from April 1 onwards.
Kamal Nandi, Business Head at Appliances Business of Godrej Enterprises Group, said, “Our five-year comprehensive warranty is fully transparent and free of hidden costs across our portfolio.” Arnab Bagchi, Head of Service at Appliances Business of Godrej Enterprises Group, said, “Consumers can now enjoy reliable performance backed by a transparent, five-year comprehensive warranty worth up to Rs 12,000.”
Godrej’s five-year free comprehensive warranty covers key services, including gas recharge in products like ACs, refrigerators and deep freezers, technician visits and even includes remote replacements for ACs. The offer value ranges from Rs 4,000 for air coolers to Rs 12,000 for premium refrigerators.
