Osmania University has issued a public warning to job seekers about fraudulent recruitment advertisements circulating online for its Examination Branch. The university clarified that no official notification has been released and urged candidates not to share personal details or pay fees to unauthorised sources.

Hyderabad: Osmania University (OU) on Saturday cautioned job seekers against fraudulent advertisements circulating regarding staff recruitment for the Examination Branch
In a statement, the OU said no recruitment notification has been issued for the Examination Branch.
“The viral messages and links are total fabrications designed to defraud job seekers. Candidates are warned not to share personal data or pay any application fees to unauthorized individuals or portals,” it said.
All official notifications will be published exclusively on the University’s official website, the OU said.
The University is initiating legal action against the perpetrators, it said and informed job seekers not to fall victim to scammers.
