Hyderabad: The Miyapur police on Saturday arrested one K Govind Rao, a cab driver, on charges of snatching a gold chain from an elderly woman.
On April 12, Rao, who was in need of quick money, targeted the victim during her morning walk.
Following a complaint, a case was booked, and he was traced through technical evidence and arrested. Stolen gold chains were recovered. Further investigation is ongoing.
