Hyderabad: Vayuputra Tigers won the FNCC-Pullela Gopichand badminton league championship with a 6-2 win against Elegans Eagles in the final here on Wednesday.
Two-time world boxing champion Nikhat Zareen gave away the prizes in the presence of KS Rama Rao and V Chamundeshwaranath.

Women’s singles: Shreyanshi (Elegans) bt K Navya (Vayuputra) 15-12, 15-5. K Sershra Reddy (Vayuputra) bt Disha Santosh (Elegans) 15-14, 12-15, 15-14.
Junior men’s singles: Linesh (Vayuputra) bt Chinmay (Elegans) 15-12, 15-13.
Men’s singles: Shourya (Vayuputra) bt S Pranit (Elegans) 15-12, 15-12.
Tazuwala (Elegans) bt Tharun Manepalli (Vayuputra) 15-11, 6-15, 15-12.
