Hyderabad: Centuries by M Hemanth Reddy (137) and SDNV Prasad (101) for Andhra were among the highlights of the drawn match against Madhya Pradesh in the Col C K Nayudu Trophy cricket championship at Indore on Monday.
Chasing 327 for a win, Andhra tried its best but eventually fell short of the target by eight runs.
The scores: At Indore: MP 385 in 125.2 overs (Y Singh 152, Akhil 94, G Sumith 4/92, Adithya Reddy 3/59) & 295/3 decl in 73 overs (C Rathore 141, Patwardhan 69) drew with Andhra 354 in 99.5 overs (M Hemanth Reddy 137, SDNV Prasad 101, M Abhinav 67, Ishan 4/92) & 319/9 in 38 overs (M Hemanth Reddy 71, SDNV Prasad 66, GSP Teja 64, Abhinav 63).
