Dissent continues to hit Congress in Adilabad

Adilabad: Dissent is continuing in the Congress party’s erstwhile Adilabad unit.

Utnoor ZPTC Charulatha and aspirant of Khanapur segment said the party did injustice to her by denying a ticket. She convened a meeting with her supporters in Utnoor mandal centre on Tuesday and faulted the party for failing to accommodate women candidates in any of segments in erstwhile Adilabad district.

Senior leaders Naresh Jadhav and Ade Gajender skipped a massive motorcycle rally taken out in support of the Congress party’s nominee Vannala Ashok in Boath mandal centre. Already, DCC president Sajid Khan and senior leaders Gandrath Sujatha and Sanjeev Reddy attended a meeting titled ‘Save Congress from RSS’ in the wake of Kandi Srinivas Reddy being fielded from Adilabad.

Meanwhile, Dr Rathod Ganesh made sensational remarks against TPCC chief Revanth Reddy after the denial of a ticket. He alleged that Reddy had sold the ticket to Ajmeera Shyam Naik, a Road Transport Officer who opted to voluntarily retire from services and venture into politics. He advised the leadership of the party to rent out Gandhi Bhavan after the polls and declared he would quit politics if Shyam Naik won from Asifabad.

Except for Chennur, the party has already announced nominees for nine segments. The candidates included K Srinivas Reddy for Adilabad, K Premsagar Rao (Mancherial), G Vinod (Bellampalli), K Srihari Rao (Nirmal), Vedma Bojju (Khanpur), B Narayana Rao Patil (Mudhole), Raavi Srinvas (Sirpur-T), Vannela Ashok (Boath) and Ajmeera Shyam (Asifabad).

Gaza assault to deal heavy blow to Zionists, Western backers

On the sidelines of the government cabinet meeting, Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Ashtiani talked to the reporters and spoke about the developments in Palestine.

He stated that in recent operations, the Zionist regime was taken by surprise at all levels which showed that this regime was close to collapse.

He added that the Zionist regime was befuddled by the Palestinian Resistance group which shows that all their claims about the intelligence and operational skills were just empty rhetoric.

Ashtiani pointed out that the US which supports the Zionists will be hit definitely.

Freedom seekers and Muslims of the world will not stay patient for a long time and all countries must have different options to deal with Zionists, Defense Minster added.

He went on to say that if this war does not stop soon and the Zionist regime does not stop its crimes against humanity, it will receive a serious blow in the region and beyond.

Governments which support Zionists like European countries will get away safe from the resentment of the Muslims of the world, he noted.

"Ho Sakta Hai…": Rohit's 1st Official Update On Pandya's WC Return

Hardik Pandya is one player who provides balance to the Indian cricket team unlike any other player. Top class fast-bowling all-rounder is a rare commodity in Indian cricket, and Hardik Pandya is one such player. He gave a good account of himself in the Cricket World Cup 2023 matches that he played before injury pushed him to the sidelines. Pandya had hurt his left ankle while fielding on his own bowling in the game against Bangladesh in Pune on October 19. He missed the games against New Zealand and England

Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma, during the pre-match press conference ahead of the game against Sri Lanka in Mumbai on Thursday, said that Hardik Pandya will miss the game but had a godd news also.

“Very positive development. I cant’s call it rehab but whatever is the procedure that he and the NCA had to undertake, they have got positive results. He is not available for next match. The injury is such that we have to monitor it everyday. What is the percentage of recovery, we have to monitor his batting and bowling load. we are looking at World Cup where there are matches every three to four day.

Ho Sakta Hai, Jaisa unka chal raha hai, jald se jald dekhneka mauka milega (Maybe, the good progress that he is making. We will get to see him soon.)

According to a report by news agency PTI, star India all-rounder Hardik Pandya, who is recovering from an ankle injury, is unlikely to return to action before the team’s World Cup match against the Netherlands on November 12.

India’s final league match is against Netherlands in Bengaluru on November 12.

“It is a minor tear. He is recovering well and is likely to return for the last league game. There is also a possibility that he straight away plays the semifinal,” said a BCCI source.

With six wins in as many games, India are set to qualify for the semifinals.

To compensate for Pandya’s all-round abilities, the team was forced to make two changes to the playing eleven. In his absence, the management is playing with five bowlers with Suryakumar Yadav batting at six in his place.

“The medical team is looking at that and are very much in touch with Hardik and the NCA (National Cricket Academy) as well. We’re hoping to get an update in a couple of days,” Mhambrey had said on Sunday.

As per a BCCI media release, Pandya was supposed to join the team in Lucknow ahead of the England game but he was not with the squad.
