Gujarat Titans are having a good run in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The 2022 champions are playing under the leadership of young batter Shubman Gill after their original skipper Hardik Pandya move to Mumbai Indians. So far, GT have played three matches and won two of them. Their only defeat came against Chennai Super Kings, where they lost the game by 63 runs. However, in their previous match against Sunrisers Hyderabad, Gill and co registered a comfortable seven-wicket win in Ahmedabad.
Despite playing only two seasons in the IPL, GT have gathered a large fan base all over the world. A perfect example of their fandom was witnessed in a video, which is now going viral on social media.

The viral footage is believed to be from the match against SRH, where a young fan was seen merrily cheering for GT by jumping on the seat. He got so excited that he ended he removing his t-shirt and throwing it away while dancing.
The netizens quickly compared his celebration to a viral meme from a football match, where a fan was seen excitedly dancing while cheering for his team.

Talking about the match, veteran seamer Mohit Sharma was at his deceptive best in the last over for his splendid figures of 3/25, while Afghan spin twins Rashid Khan and Noor Ahmad bossed the middle overs as GT restricted the marauding SRH to a modest 162/8 after Pat Cummins opted to bat.
South African batter David Miller found his flair in his 44 not out from 27 balls to anchor the small chase despite suffering cramps and finished the game with a six off Jaydev Unadkat in the first ball of the final over.
Sai Sudharsan also lifted his game, top-scoring for GT with his 45 from 36 balls as GT won with five balls to spare.
GT will now be squaring off against Punjab Kings in their next IPL 2024 match on Thursday at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
