Hyderabad: ITC Hotels launches Navam Utsav to celebrate Navratri with festive delicaciesITC Hotels has launched Navam Utsav, a specially curated culinary offering celebrating Navratri through authentic festive traditions, sattvik cuisine and the expertise of its chefs.
Rooted in India’s cultural heritage, Navratri brings together rituals, traditions and food passed down through generations. Navam Utsav seeks to capture this cultural richness with familiar festive preparations crafted with care, offering guests a wholesome culinary experience while reflecting the warmth and hospitality associated with ITC Hotels.
The menu features a selection of sattvik dishes prepared without onion and garlic and seasoned with Sendha Namak (rock salt). The offerings include Sabudana Khichdi, Sabudana Vada, Kuttu Paneer Pakoda, Rajgira Poori, Kuttu Paratha, Paneer Curry and Khatta Meetha Kaddu. Each dish draws on traditional festive recipes and is prepared by the hotel group’s culinary teams.
Guests can also enjoy a Navratri Special Thali featuring an assortment of festive preparations, complemented by traditional sweets such as Sabudana Kheer and Khopra Pak.
More than a seasonal menu, Navam Utsav reflects ITC Hotels’ focus on creating experiences rooted in India’s cultural and culinary heritage. The initiative combines traditional flavours, sattvik ingredients and chef-led craftsmanship, inviting guests to celebrate the festival through food and shared experiences.
At ITC Kohenur in Hyderabad, Navam Utsav will be available at Gourmet Couch from October 11 to 19, 2026, between 7 am and 11 pm. The offering will also be available across ITC Hotels’ Luxury Collection properties and through the Club ITC app, Swiggy and Zomato.
The initiative underscores the hotel group’s emphasis on indigenous culinary traditions and experiences that bring people together during festive occasions.
