Hyderabad: A snake awareness programme was conducted on Thursday at Himayath Sagar Eco Park as part of Wildlife Week celebrations.
Visitors and members of the public were informed about snake behaviour, ecological importance and conservation. Participants were also taught safe practices during snake encounters and the importance of protecting wildlife.
The programme sought to promote wildlife conservation and coexistence between humans and wildlife.
