Hyderabad: Leap, an AI-powered study-abroad ecosystem, has launched a PTE preparation programme for students appearing for the Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic.
The programme has been developed in response to growing interest in PTE among study-abroad aspirants, with the test emerging as an English proficiency option for students planning overseas education, the company said in a press release.
PTE is accepted by universities and institutions across major study-abroad destinations, including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US, Canada, Ireland and the UAE.
According to LeapScholar’s student counselling insights, PTE was discussed in 9.6 per cent of study-abroad counselling conversations analysed by the company. The demand was particularly visible among students exploring specific destinations, with 21.2 per cent of New Zealand-focused conversations and 14.4 per cent of UK-focused conversations referencing PTE as part of their English proficiency test planning.
Leap co-founder Arnav Kumar said the PTE programme would provide a structured practice environment where aspirants could repeatedly simulate exam conditions, identify gaps and improve across all four skill areas.
