Hyderabad-based Blue Cloud Softech Solutions’ US subsidiary, Global Impx Incorporation (GIX), has secured a Statement of Work from IBM Cloud Inc to provide AI infrastructure design, deployment and support services under an existing agreement.

Hyderabad: Hyderabad-based Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited on Friday announced that its US subsidiary, Global Impx Incorporation (“GIX”), has signed a Statement of Work from IBM Cloud Inc for AI Infrastructure Design, Deployment and Support Services.
The Statement of Work was issued under a Master Services Agreement between the two companies on August 21, 2026. GIX will deliver a scalable, secure, high-performance environment for the client’s AI and machine learning workloads, covering model development, training, fine-tuning and inference.
The project will be executed according to defined service levels, including infrastructure and GPU availability of at least 99.5 per cent, critical alerts within 15 minutes and response to critical incidents within 30 minutes, a press release said.
