Nalgonda win Asmita Under-16 Football League Championship

Nalgonda clinched the Asmita Under-16 Football League Championship in Nizamabad after defeating Ranga Reddy 4-0 in the final. Hemasri and Akshara scored two goals each, with Nalgonda dominating the title clash on Monday

Hyderabad: Nalgonda emerged champions in the Asmita (Under-16) Football League Championship in Nizamabad with an easy 4-0 win over Ranga Reddy in the final on Monday.

Hemasri struck twice, in the 11th and 39th minutes, while Akshara also scored twice, in the 26th and 58th minutes.

P Sai Chaitanya, IPS, and TFA secretary GP Palguna gave away the prizes.
