Balachandra strike helps Game Point lift Jaya Rao memorial football title

Hyderabad: Game Point (Miyapur) defeated Pro Kicks (Kowkoor) 1-0 in the final of the Jaya Rao Memorial Football Tournament at Bolarum here on Sunday.

Balachandra scored the match-winner for Game Point.

St. Patrick’s defeated Tony FC 2-1 to finish third, with Ayaaz scoring a brace, while Akash scored for the losers.

SBI Capt (Retd) and Assistant General Manager, Security, former international and ex-DSDO Aleem Khan and former India captain Victor Amalraj gave away the prizes.
