Hyderabad traffic police have announced route diversions around Darussalam ahead of a Milad-un-Nabi public meeting scheduled for Tuesday evening. Commuters have been advised to avoid affected routes, follow alternate roads and use only designated parking spaces near the venue

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad traffic police issued an advisory in view of the Milad-un-Nabi public meeting scheduled to be held at Darussalam from 6 pm on Tuesday.
To facilitate smooth traffic movement and minimise congestion and delays, commuters have been advised to avoid the affected routes and use alternate routes.
Traffic coming from Malakunta and Begum Bazar Chatri towards Darussalam Road will be diverted at Alaska T-Junction towards MJ Bridge and MJ Market. Vehicles from Mallepally X Road, Boiguda Kaman and Mangalhat will be diverted at Aghapura X Road towards Takkarwadi and Charminar.
Traffic from Bazar Ghat and Taj Island will be diverted at Ek Minar towards Bazar Ghat and Nampally Railway Station Road, while vehicles from Seetharambagh and Mangalhat will be diverted at Aghapura Junction towards Charkandil.
Motorists coming from Mehdipatnam and Asifnagar towards Darussalam will be diverted at Mallepally X Road towards Gokul Nagar and Bazar Ghat.
The traffic police urged people attending the Darussalam Jalsa to park their vehicles only at designated parking locations to ensure smooth traffic flow and avoid congestion.
