New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday struck down Electoral Bond Scheme that allowed anonymous funding to political parties. Supreme Court’s five-judge CJI DY Chandrachud, and Justices Sanjiv Khanna, BR Gavai, JB Pardiwala, and Manoj Misra pronounced the judgement.
