The Telangana School Education Department has launched an online complaint monitoring system for private schools, enabling parents, students and the public to lodge grievances and track their status using mobile numbers or grievance IDs through the department’s website.

Hyderabad: The School Education department on Thursday announced the launch of an online private school complaint monitoring system, which is aimed at facilitating parents, students and people to submit complaints/grievances relating to private schools.
The new facility can be accessed via link https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in. The complaint can login using their mobile phone number and OTP to lodge their issue. The system also provides a grievance tracking mechanism, enabling complainants to track their complaint status using mobile number of grievance ID.
“Private may make use of the online facility for bringing genuine grievances, along with accurate information, to the notice of the School Education department,” said Dr. E Naveen Nicolas, Director School Education department.
