SSB clinches overall Wushu title at All India Police Judo Cluster Games

The Sashastra Seema Bal emerged overall Wushu champions at the All India Police Judo Cluster Games in Hyderabad, winning 10 gold medals. CRPF finished second and ITBP third, while BSF and CRPF claimed the women’s and men’s Sanda titles respectively

Hyderabad: The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) emerged as the overall champions in the Wushu competition, winning 10 gold, nine silver and 14 bronze medals at the All India Police Judo Cluster Games held at the GMC Balayogi Stadium, Gachibowli, on Sunday.

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) finished runners-up with nine gold, five silver and eight bronze medals, while the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) secured third place with three gold, 12 silver and 13 bronze medals.

In the women’s Sanda competition, the Border Security Force (BSF) emerged champions, while hosts Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) finished runners-up with two gold, one silver and two bronze medals.

In the men’s Sanda competition, the CRPF emerged champions, followed by the BSF, while the CISF and Uttar Pradesh Police shared third place with two gold, one silver and two bronze medals each.
