Vipanchi will celebrate its 10th anniversary by organising a two-day Indian Classical Music and Dance Symposium from July 25. Former Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu will inaugurate the event, which will feature renowned artistes and honour distinguished performers with lifetime achievement awards.

Hyderabad: As part of its 10th anniversary, Vipanchi is organising a two-day Indian Classical Music and Dance Symposium from July 25.
Prof Dr Raja Rao Tripuraneni, founder Chairman of the Vipanchi organisation, said former Vice President of India, M Venkaiah Naidu and Odisha Governor K Haribabu will inaugurate this conference.
Dr Rajarao, along with Kuchipudi dance guru Dr S P Bharathi, a member of the Central Sangeet Natak Academy, unveiled the brochure of the conference, and said besides the two Telugu states, music and dance artists from the country and abroad would be participating.
Carnatic music torchbearer Dr Nallan Chakrabortula Murthy, renowned Hindustani classical singer Dr Kaushiki Chakraborty, and Kuchipudi dancer Prof Dr Alekhya Punjala would be felicitated with Vipanchi lifetime achievement awards.
