Hyderabad: Shrivalli Rashmikaa Bhamidipaty and Vaidehi Choudhari moved into the doubles semifinal of the Solapur Open Women’s ITF tennis tournament on Thursday.
In the quarterfinals, Shrivalli and Vaidehi defeated L Kumhom and T Yongmod 6-3, 6-0.
Shrivalli also entered the singles quarterfinal with a 6-1, 6-1 win against A Sagandykova of Kazakhstan in the pre-quarterfinal.
Earlier in the first round, Shrivalli outslugged Akansha Nitture 6-4, 6-0.
