Hyderabad: A two-wheeler rider sustained severe head injuries after crashing into a stationary garbage collection vehicle near Ali Cafe in Amberpet on Monday evening.
The garbage collection vehicle was parked on the roadside when the biker, who was reportedly travelling at high speed, rammed into it from behind. The rider suffered a severe head injury and fell onto the road, bleeding profusely.
On receiving information, the Amberpet police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured man to Osmania General Hospital in an ambulance for treatment. Further details are awaited.
