N Parthiv and G Aniha win AITA National Series titles

N Parthiv and G Aniha emerged champions in the boys’ and girls’ singles categories respectively at the AITA National Series tennis tournament held at the Sania Mirza Tennis Academy. Imran Mirza presented the prizes to the winners after the finals

Hyderabad: N Parthiv and G Aniha won the boys’ and girls’ singles titles respectively in the AITA National Series tennis tournament at the Sania Mirza Tennis Academy here.

In the boys’ final, Parthiv defeated K Daivik 6-3, 6-2, while Aniha scored a hard-fought 6-1, 4-6, 6-3 win over ASR Bavyasri in the girls’ final.

Imran Mirza, father and coach of Sania Mirza, gave away the prizes.
