The Election Commission of India has revised the schedule for the Special Intensive Revision of the electoral roll in Telangana. House-to-house verification by Booth Level Officers will end on August 3, while the final electoral roll will be published on October 12.

Hyderabad: The Election Commission of India (ECI) on Wednesday revised the schedule for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral roll. As per the revised schedule, the house-to-house visits by Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will conclude on August 3.
The draft electoral roll will be published on August 10, and claims and objections can be filed between August 10 and September 9. The notice phase and disposal of claims and objections will be carried out between August 10 and October 8. The final electoral roll will be published on October 12.
