Hyderabad: Versuni India, home to Philips Domestic Appliances, successfully concluded the OneChef Biryani Premier League with a finale held at Vijay Sales, bringing together food lovers, creators, media, and culinary enthusiasts to celebrate India’s rich and diverse biryani heritage.
Celebrity chef Ranveer Brar and Telugu actor Tejaswi Madiwada joined the celebrations and unveiled India’s Favourite Biryani, following weeks of nationwide voting and enthusiastic participation from consumers across the country.
Launched as a first-of-its-kind celebration of India’s iconic dish, the OneChef Biryani Premier League invited consumers to vote for their favourite regional biryani while highlighting the inspiration behind OneChef by Philips, the all-in-one cooking appliance designed for the versatility of Indian cooking.
Consumers voted for their favourite among Hyderabadi, Awadhi, Kolkata, Bombay, Sindhi, Kashmiri, Kanpuri, Bangalore, and Goan Fish Biryani. The finale marked the culmination of this nationwide celebration, with Hyderabad Biryani being crowned India’s Favourite Biryani.
