Aster DM Quality Care Limited has commenced operations following the merger of Aster DM Healthcare and Quality Care India. The combined network includes 39 hospitals with over 10,600 beds and plans to expand capacity while strengthening healthcare access across India.

Aster DM Quality Care begins operations after merger with Quality Care India

Hyderabad: Aster DM Quality Care Limited has commenced operations following the successful completion of the merger between Aster DM Healthcare and Quality Care India Limited (QCIL), bringing together four healthcare brands, including Aster DM, CARE Hospitals, Evercare and KIMS HEALTH, a press release said.

The group’s combined bed strength is expected to grow to over 15,000 beds in the coming years, helping expand access to healthcare across the country. The new platform is expected to create thousands of additional employment opportunities for doctors, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and support staff. With 39 hospitals across 28 cities and over 10,600 beds, Aster DM Quality Care will expand access to specialist care and advanced medical treatment to tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
