Hyderabad: Bunker Busters dominated Hyderabad Golfer United in the first semifinal with a 3.5–0.5 win, while Dasos notched up a 2.5–1.5 victory against Chamundi Boulder Hills Tigers in the T9 Challenge Cup golf tournament at Boulder Hills on Thursday.
Busters produced a commanding performance, with Rakhi Sinha and Pratap Singh Ranawat setting the tone in the F9 4-Ball, while S. Murali delivered a clinical F9 Singles win. Nirvair Nair sealed the tie with a victory in the B9 Singles. The only consolation for HGU came via the B9 4-Ball, which was halved between Srikanth Shetty and Sharma Anu Pindi, and Samu Manger and captain Shailendra Thapliyal.
Dasos by Mahi edged past Chamundi Boulder Hills Tigers in a tightly contested affair.
Captain K. B. N. Raju and Ram Mandava won the F9 4-Ball convincingly. Mahesh Katragadda pulled back a point for CBT in the F9 Singles. The B9 4-Ball was halved before Vijay Kumar Reddy delivered the decisive point for Dasos by Mahi in the B9 Singles to secure their place in the final.
