Mohsen Rezaei, military adviser to Iran’s commander-in-chief and a former IRGC chief, wrote on social media that the United States is responsible for the “aggressions and tension-creating actions of the Zionist regime in Lebanon” based on the understanding reached with the Islamic Republic.
Washington must be held accountable, he said.
“In the event of a threat against Iran, we will hold the Americans accountable,” Rezaei added.
