Local sources told al-Mayadeen that the strike targeted the road between Ruhin and Deir Hassan in rural Idlib.
Those killed included Sami al-Oraydi, a former senior figure in the now-dissolved Hurras al-Din organisation, and several associates.
The strike hit a headquarters of the Turkistan Party in the Idlib countryside, the sources said.
