Puneeth Manohar secured the boys’ doubles crown with Aarav Challani before both advanced to set up an all-Indian singles final at the Tirumala Sreedhar Garu ATF Under-14 tennis tournament in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Puneet Manohar is in line for a double having won the boys doubles title partnering Aarav Challani and entered the singles final of the Tirumala Sreedhar Garu ATF 14 (Grade A) South Asia tennis tournament at Lake View Tennis Academy here on Friday.
In the boys doubles final, Aarav Challani and Puneet defeated S. Laoamormpanich of Thailand and How Wan yeung of Hong Kong 4-6, 6-3, 10-6.
In the boys singles semifinals, PUneeth defeated S. Chintagumta 6-1, 6-3 while Aarav scored a 6-3, 1-6 6-2 win against Sujai Pothula.
In girls singles, top-seeded P. Ramesh and fourth-seeded Zoha Qureshi entered the final.

Boys: Singles: Semifinals: Puneeth Manohar bt S. Chintagumta 6-1, 6-3; Aarav Chhallani bt Sujai Pothula 6-3, 1-6, 6-2.
Doubles: Final: Aarav Challani & Puneet Manohar bt S. Laoamormpanich (Thai) & Ho Wan Yeung (Hkg) 4-6, 6-3, 10-6.
Girls: Singles: Semifinals: Zoha Qureshi bt S. Mardaniya 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 (8); P. Ramesh bt P. Vattaprambil 6-2, 6-1.
Doubles: Final: P. Daungkhiaw (Thai) & P. Ramesh bt P. Vattaprambil & Krishika Gautam 6-3, 6-3.
