Mentally challenged woman dies under suspicious circumstances in Karimnagar

A mentally challenged woman identified as Sudha was found dead under suspicious circumstances at her residence in Vavilalapally, Karimnagar, on Friday. Police suspect foul play after noticing an axe injury on her head and have launched an investigation into the case

Karimnagar: A mentally challenged woman, Sudha, was found dead under suspicious circumstances in Vavilalapally here on Friday.

Sudha was found dead at her home. Police and local residents suspected that she was hacked to death as she had an axe injury on her head.

On receiving information about the incident, the police rushed to the spot and began an investigation after registering a case. The body was shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital for postmortem examination.
