Elanpro, HCF launch Saksham initiative in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Elanpro, in collaboration with the Hospitality Consultants Forum (HCF), brought Saksham to Hyderabad, a first-of-its-kind industry initiative that aims to drive knowledge sharing, encourage industry dialogue, and promote practical action across the sector.

The programme brought together over 140 participants, including chefs, hotel engineers, restaurant operators, food business owners, consultants, food handlers, facility managers, and hospitality entrepreneurs, creating a collaborative platform for industry stakeholders to discuss operational challenges and practical solutions.


The one-day seminar was anchored around three key pillars: Safety & Hygiene, Compliance & Audit Readiness, and Sustainability, featuring a series of expert-led sessions covering critical topics such as LPG safety, kitchen ventilation and fire safety, fire suppression technologies, food safety regulations, and sustainability through gas efficiency.

The event was inaugurated in the presence of Srinivasa Murthy, Chairman, IGBC Hyderabad; S Venkat Reddy, President, Telangana State Hotels Association; P Sravan Kumar, Hospitality Consultants Forum; and Vishwanath Pandey, THI Consultant.
