The Jubilee Hills police registered a case against an unidentified man for allegedly sexually harassing a 28-year-old woman while she was drawing rangoli outside a house. The suspect fled after she raised an alarm, and police are examining CCTV footage.

Hyderabad: The Jubilee Hills police registered a case against a man for allegedly sexually harassing a woman who was drawing rangoli in front of a house.

According to reports, the 28-year-old woman works at a house in Jubilee Hills. On Thursday morning, the woman was drawing rangoli in front of the house when an unidentified man arrived on a motorcycle and parked it on the road. He then approached the woman and behaved inappropriately with her.


When she raised an alarm, the man fled from the spot. On receiving information, the police reached the spot and began an investigation.

The police are examining footage from surveillance cameras in the area to identify the suspect.
