31-year-old labourer dies after falling from moving train at Secunderabad Railway Station

Hyderabad: A 31-year-old labourer from Jharkhand died after falling while attempting to board the moving Jaipur Express at Platform No 8 of Secunderabad Railway Station on Monday night.

The victim, identified as Mohd Azad Ansari, had slipped and fallen from Train No 12720 around 10 pm. He suffered multiple grievous injuries and died on the spot.


The Government Railway Police are investigating. Preliminary findings indicate the death was accidental.

The deceased was identified through an Aadhaar card found with him, and his family has been informed, police said.
