Moscow has maintained private contacts with Kiev, Kremlin Aide Yury Ushakov told Vesti reporter Pavel Zarubin in an interview.
“We maintain both open and private contacts with the Kiev regime,” Ushakov said, commenting on a mysterious Russian businessman’s plans to visit Kiev and bring necessary information to Moscow.
“Open communication was maintained when we held several rounds of talks,” he recalled.
