He held a meeting of key leaders at the BRS Party district office here on Friday to discuss the party digital membership enrollment drive, the appointment of booth-level digital coordinators, to strengthen booth-committees and about conducting training sessions.
The meeting was attended by former Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar, MP Vaddiraju Ravichandra, former MLAs Sandra Venkata Veeraiah and Kandala Upender Reddy, former ZP chairman Lingala Kamal Raju and others.
Speaking to the media later Ravinder Rao, the in-charge for erstwhile Khammam district, stated that following the directions of the party chief K Chandrashekhar Rao, to appoint a five-member coordination committee at mandal level in all the ten Assembly constituencies in Khammam and Kothagudem districts.
Two from each booth committee and the coordination committee members would be trained under the leadership of district constituency in-charges. Similarly one in-charge for each Assembly constituency would be appointed from the State party to coordinate the membership drive and to prepare a schedule. It was decided to give priority to hard-working cadres in the committees, he noted.

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and Prime Minister Narendra Modi were targetting former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao. But the public in Telangana want the BRS to return to power. BRS would chalk out an action plan to win all 10 Assembly seats in Khammam district, Ravinder Rao said.
Former Minister Ajay Kumar noted that as per the directions of the party chief steps would be taken to strengthen the BRS at grassroots level with qualitative membership to face the next elections. A similar meeting was held at Kothagudem later in the day with the senior leaders of the party.
