Hyderabad: A woman software employee died by suicide at her residence at Madinaguda in Miyapur on Monday night. She is suspected to have been upset over issues in her personal life and ended her life, police said.
The victim, identified as Madhuri, had been living with her son after separating from her husband following a divorce. Police said she allegedly ended her life by hanging herself when no one was at home.
The incident came to light after her father repeatedly tried calling her but received no response. He then alerted neighbours, who entered the house and found her dead.
On receiving information, Miyapur police reached the spot, registered a case and have taken up investigation.
