Hyderabad: Fine spell by Ananya Dandu (six for 23) helped Hyderabad defeat Jharkhand by nine runs and qualify for the knockout phase of the BCCI women’s under-15 one-day cricket tournament at Vizianagaram on Saturday.

Hyderabad finished second in the group to move to the next phase.

The scores: At Vizianagaram: Hyderabad 139/9 in 35 overs (Bhavishya Reddy 45) bt Jharkhand 138 in 32.2 overs (Ananya Dandu 6/23).
