HYDRAA has announced a four-week suspension of its Prajavani grievance programme to clear pending complaints. The initiative will resume on June 8, with urgent cases directed to the Commissioner’s office.

HYDRAA’s Prajavani grievance programme put on hold until June 8

Hyderabad: To clear pending complaints received in Prajavani, the Commissioner of the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA), AV Ranganath, has announced a four-week break for Prajavani.

In a press release issued on Wednesday, the Commissioner said the decision to take a break was aimed at clearing the complaints received under the programme. He said officials were resolving numerous complaints in order of priority and that the break was intended to clear the backlog.


The Commissioner said Prajavani would resume from June 8 and would continue as usual. He added previous complainants with urgent issues could approach the office directly.
