A 45-year-old woman died in Kumram Bheem Asifabad after construction scaffolding and iron column boxes collapsed on her amid gusty winds and unseasonal rain. The victim, a widow, suffered fatal head injuries while working at the site.

Kumram Bheem Asifabad: A 45-year-old woman died on the spot when iron column boxes and scaffolding used for constructing an Indiramma house collapsed on her at Korsini village in Chintalamanepalli mandal on Tuesday evening.
Police said Sidam Suguna, a widow from the village sustained serious head injuries leading to profuse bleeding when the boxes, fell on her..She died instantly.
Unseasonal rains coupled with gusty winds claimed the life of the woman. Suguna was taking up some work at the time of the incident.
